WHAT ARE WE DOING?

Soul Train Ministries is a faith-rooted nonprofit based in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
We grow food, prepare freezer meals, and deliver them to individuals and families walking through hard seasons — those moments when groceries run low, hope feels thin, and a warm meal can change everything.

This ministry was born from personal restoration. One founder found healing with hands in the soil. The other found it in the kitchen — cooking, nurturing, offering care. Together, they turned their quiet recovery into a life of service.

What started as survival became a mission: to give generously, show up faithfully, and offer nourishment that says, “You are not forgotten.”

We know what it’s like to want to feel safe — to want to put down roots and be met with grace. That’s why Soul Train exists. To grow what we can. To share what we have. And to meet hunger — physical and spiritual — with love that lingers long after the meal is gone.
